JEAN SANDERSON
Chiropractor
My fascination with Chiropractic began in high school as I had an interest in science and healthcare and I was particularly drawn to how the human body functions and moves. My ambition to become a Chiropractor grew as I learned more about the profession’s unique ability to provide hands-on, personalised care that addresses the root causes of pain, rather than just treating the symptoms. Seeing how chiropractic care could improve people’s quality of life inspired me to pursue this path.
My journey to becoming a Chiropractor started after finishing school, by pursuing a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science in Mackay. Following this, I completed my Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in Sydney, which enabled me to broaden my knowledge and expertise in the Chiropractic field.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me on the tennis court or reading a good book and when it’s not too hot, I love to go fishing and boating with my family. I am deeply passionate about health and wellness and take great satisfaction in helping my patients achieve their goals. My approach is personalised for each individual, combining a variety of manual therapy techniques including soft tissue work, joint mobilisations, and adjustments, along with tailored sessions to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.
I am very grateful now for the opportunity to form meaningful connections with patients and empower them to take charge of their health. I am driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the wellbeing of my community by offering compassionate care that supports the health and wellness of my patients.
